National Conference 2025: Breakout session and poster EOI submission

Please use this form to submit an EOI for a breakout session at National Community Legal Centres Conference 2025.

You can also use this form if you would like to develop a poster presentation.

You will be asked to provide different information depending on your answer to the Submission options question below.

There is a very limited number of breakout session slots available at this year's conference. If you make a submission for a breakout session and it is unsuccessful, you may be offered the chance to present your breakout session idea as a poster instead.

Confirmation

In March and early April, we will prioritise assessing breakout session EOIs so that we can release a draft conference program by mid-April when conference registration opens. We will have a longer timeframe to finalise poster presentations. If you are only submitting a poster idea, we will contact you in May with more information about next steps in the poster submission process and when they are likely to occur.

We will advise all applicants of the outcome of their breakout session EOI in the week starting 7 April. If your breakout session EOI is not successful, we will also provide more information about next steps in the poster submission process and when they are likely to occur. (Please note that we will focus on breakout session development in March and early April so that we can release a draft program in mid-April when conference registration opens. We will have a longer timeframe to finalise posters.
